Interface is a place where you don’t go, if you have any sense. It’s where two communities clash.
It’s the Ardoyne and the Shankill. And they are two communities that have never agreed, for years, as far back as I can remember—the likes of the New Lodge and Tigers Bay. We know where to go and where not to go. And anybody that goes where they shouldn’t be, they knows what’s waiting round the corner for them. They’re eejits as far as I’m concerned. Even strangers coming into the country know that the green, white, and orange is Catholic and the red, white, and blue is Protestant.
